Kitchen and breakroom. Counters, sink, and appliance exteriors wiped down.
Surface dusting. Desks, shelves, and window ledges.
Glass and mirrors. Interior glass and partitions.
Common Add-Ons
Carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, exterior window washing, high dusting, and post-construction cleanup are usually priced separately from nightly service.

Ask the provider to walk you through every task they will and won't perform, and request a written scope of work rather than a verbal agreement. This gives you a clear basis for evaluating their performance.

A good commercial cleaning company will tailor service to your space — a server room that should never be entered, a conference room used only weekly, or specific kitchen equipment should all be documented in the scope.
